Cancel OurNest Plus — in the app (2 taps)

Open OurNest → More → Purchases & receipts → tap Cancel Plus.
Confirm. Done — Plus stays active until the end of the period you already paid for, and no further charges are made.

Cancel by email — no login needed

If you can't reach the app, send us one email and we do it for you the same day:

Include the email address you signed up with. You will receive a confirmation once it is done. You can also cancel directly from any Stripe receipt email.

Refunds & your EU withdrawal right

Monthly or annual subscriptions: you may cancel at any time; the subscription runs until the end of the monthly or annual period already paid. Within 14 days of the first purchase you may withdraw and receive a refund for the unused period — just email us.
⚡ packs and one-time gifts: delivered immediately at your request; the withdrawal right ends when the content is credited (you agree to this at purchase). If a purchase went wrong or wasn't used, email us within 14 days — we are reasonable people.
