What OurNest is

OurNest ("the Service") is a playful shared world for two partners, operated by CodifyAI S.R.L., Romania (CUI 51174729). The Service is currently in beta: it is free to use, with optional in-app purchases. Features may change as we improve it; early users keep their accounts and history.

Not therapy

OurNest is a game and a ritual — not therapy, counselling or medical advice. It must not be used to monitor, control or pressure a partner. Both partners participate voluntarily and either may stop at any time. If your relationship feels heavy, talking to a qualified couples therapist is a sign of strength.

Your account

• You need a valid email address and must be at least 18 years old. OurNest is an adults-only service: parts of it deal with intimacy between partners, so we do not offer it to minors. If we learn an account belongs to someone under 18 we close it and delete its data.
• Keep your sign-in method secure; you are responsible for activity on your account.
• One account per person; a Nest connects exactly two accounts.

The closeness pack (18+)

• OurNest includes an optional set of prompts about physical closeness and intimacy. It is switched off until both partners separately turn it on, and either of you can switch it back off alone, at any time, without telling the other why.
• Turning it on requires confirming you are 18 or older. Confirming this untruthfully is a breach of these terms.
• It offers conversation prompts between two consenting adults. It is not pornography, not sex therapy, and not medical advice — see Not therapy above.
• Switching it off deletes everything you recorded in it. See the Privacy Policy for how that data is handled.

Acceptable use

• No harassment, abuse, threats or unlawful content — including toward your own partner.
• No attempts to access other Nests, probe or overload the Service, or resell it.
• We may suspend accounts that break these rules. To report harmful content or conduct, email [email protected] — we respond within 72 hours.

Purchases

• Bond Energy (⚡) is a virtual currency for use inside OurNest only. It has no cash value and is not refundable once spent.
• Payments are processed by Stripe. Prices include VAT where applicable.
• EU consumers: by purchasing ⚡ you request immediate delivery of digital content and acknowledge that the 14-day withdrawal right ends once the ⚡ is credited. If something went wrong with a purchase, email us — we are reasonable.

OurNest Plus (subscription)

• Plus is offered as a monthly plan (€7.99 per month) or annual plan (€39.99 per year). The plan and exact price are shown before checkout. It renews for the period you choose until cancelled. One subscription covers both partners of a Nest.
• Cancelling is two taps: More → Purchases & receipts → Cancel Plus. It can also be done without logging in at ournest.love/cancel, by email to [email protected], or from any Stripe receipt email.
• Cancellation takes effect at the end of the paid period; no further charges after that. Within 14 days of the first subscription purchase you may withdraw and be refunded for the unused period.
• If we ever change a Plus renewal price, existing subscribers are informed in advance and may cancel before the change applies.

Disputes & consumer protection

We would much rather fix a problem than argue about it — write to us first. EU consumers may also contact the Romanian consumer protection authority ANPC (anpc.ro) and its alternative dispute resolution service SAL — Soluționarea Alternativă a Litigiilor.

Leaving, breakups and deletion

You can leave a Nest or delete your account at any time in Settings. Leaving removes you from the shared Nest; content you already sent to your partner (like chirps) remains with them. Deleting your account removes your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.

Our liability

The Service is provided "as is" during beta. To the extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the last 12 months. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot legally be limited, or your statutory consumer rights.

Changes and law

We may update these terms; material changes will be announced in the app. Romanian law applies, without limiting mandatory consumer protections of your country of residence.
